Harlequin hops have lots of passionfruit, peach and pineapple aromas and add a clean powerful bitterness when used in the boil. When used with coloured malts marmalade and candied fruit notes come through.
Harlequin Hop T90 Pellets have been specially processed so that you get more lupulin (the yellow powder inside hops that have lots of aroma) in the pellet. This means you can get high amounts of aromas with less of the bitterness., less funkiness and more fruitiness.
